Questions
Do I need to be home?
We need access to the vehicle and, for interiors, a way in. Most customers are around for the start and finish.
How long does a detail take?
An exterior or interior takes about an hour. A full detail takes 1 to 2 hours. Boats depend on size and what you need.
What if it rains?
If weather hits your area, your driver may move your detail. You'll get a link to pick a new time, and nothing is lost.
Can I add something when you get there?
Yes. Ask your driver and they'll add it. Every extra shows up line by line on your receipt.
How do I pay?
Card or cash when the job is done. Your receipt shows exactly what you paid.
What if I'm not happy?
Tell us and we'll come back and make it right, free of charge.
